Liability for contents
As a service provider we are liable for our own contents on this site pursuant to § 7 para 1 TMG and according to general laws. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third parties information or to search for hints of illegal activities. Legal requirements to delete or block utilization of information according to general laws will remain unaffected. Liability to that respect will only be possible after learning about concrete infringements. Upon identification of such infringements, the contents will immediately be deleted.
